Join me in celebrating my recent collaboration with Sydney Cummings Houdyshell of Royal Change Fitness!
Sydney and I discussed the importance of consistency and identity in the wellness industry. I shared my personal journey, starting with working out in the evenings after my corporate job and later transitioning to morning workouts when my daughter stopped napping. We emphasized the importance of finding what works for each individual and not trying to fit into a past schedule or mental space.
I also shared my personal strategies for incorporating exercise and wellness into a busy schedule, including having a plan in place, setting a routine, and finding what works for you! We encouraged everyone to celebrate their small wins and not be too hard on themselves when they encounter setbacks.
My History with Sydney
I began my fitness journey with Sydney back in 2017 when she launched her YouTube channel. As a long-time fan of at-home workouts, I was thrilled to discover her unique blend of diverse routines. With her monthly workout calendars, she keeps me accountable and allows me to plan ahead.
When I saw her call for wellness professionals to interview, I couldn't resist applying — this incredible opportunity to collaborate with her and the Sydney Squad is truly a dream come true!
