Meet Your Coach
My name is Jill Tant, Mayo Clinic and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach for Moms
I spent 13 years climbing the corporate banking ladder. Then, the anxiety as a mom missing milestones of my first child sparked a change. Now I teach moms that falling apart is actually how you find your way.

My story rewrites the motherhood narrative. Corporate banker for 13 years. Postpartum anxiety hit like a tidal wave. Left banking to be a stay-at-home mom. Found myself drowning in the very life I'd chosen.
Then I discovered that helping other struggling moms is my actual calling.

My truths:

-
Waterfall Wellness: named for my late father and our hiking memories
-
Mayo Clinic certified: because credentials matter when you're rebuilding lives
-
Self-care isn't selfish: it's survival for overwhelmed mothers
-
No one-size-fits-all: your healing looks different than mine
-
Silent suffering is epidemic: most moms won't admit they're struggling
I thought leaving corporate would fix everything - Instead, I discovered that being a stay-at-home mom with anxiety was its own special challenge.

The Mayo Clinic training taught me to dig deeper, ask deeper questions, and challenge myself. Turns out, other moms needed what I was looking for and they now reach out to me for that expertise.
My coaching philosophy - Forget the Pinterest-perfect routines. What worked before kids? What small thing could work now? How do you find five minutes when you can't find five hours? I coach moms from toddler chaos to college send-offs, because maternal overwhelm doesn't have an expiration date.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is admit you need help – then turn around and offer it to others drowning in the same waters.
